We make every attempt to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, but occasionally we do sell out of certain products.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

If you would like to return an item that you have purchased please contact us at customerservice@pcprogeny.com. You may return unworn items with price ticket attached. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card. We also accept money orders made out to PCPROGENY.COM.

Sales Tax

The sales tax rate and imposition is determined by the location where the merchandise is being shipped.

Shipping & Handling

All orders are usually processed between 5-7 business days (excluding Holidays). Orders will be shipped once fully processed.
Available for in-stock items only.
All orders are subject to verification.
A signature may be required and additional charges may apply if there is more than one delivery attempt.
Orders placed by 12:00PM EST weekend/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipments to Italy

Italian shipments will be handled from our Italian warehouse: the charge will be $20 (even for Italy the charges will be in US DOLLARS on your charge card).

Shipments to rest of the world

International shipping is available. These orders take approximately 14 days to arrive. Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or other taxes which are levied once your package reaches your country. PCPROGENY cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to be released.

Shipping to P.O. Box addresses

At this time we do not ship to P.O. Box (Post Office Box) addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.

FAQ

How do I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully processed. Your confirmation email will include the tracking number for your package. You may check the status of your order by contacting your shipping provider, Fedex or UPS.

How do I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your online order, please contact Customer Service at customerservice@PCPROGENY.COM. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Can I ship to multiple locations?
At this time we do not ship orders placed online to multiple locations. Please contact Customer Service to place orders that you would like us to ship to multiple locations.
